Turning 40 ment mirrors were no longer my friend. It was as if I’d aged a decade overnight, my reflection some how didn’t seem the same. I wondered if I was the same…… Now that I was, what some may call ‘middle aged’.

Or rather, could I be the same.

Then I came across the quote, “Life is like a mirror, we get the best results when we smile at it”.

It made me realise that, like my reflection, the more I smiled at life, the more it would smile back.
